Joint Genesis refund policy

This Site does not process orders or refunds. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. The notes below summarize the seller's published refund rules as of the date shown, and the terms on the order page are the ones that apply.

The 180-day guarantee

• The 180 days are counted from the order date, not from delivery, and the guarantee covers every package.
• It is an empty bottle guarantee: you return only the remaining unopened bottles. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.
• The buyer pays the return shipping.

How to return an order

1. Contact support within 180 days of the order. Give your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number.
2. Return the unopened bottles with the packing slip to the address below, at your own cost.
3. The seller says the refund follows in up to 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive.
